In the event that an order is lost during shipping, we wait 15 days to track your lost order and if we are unsuccessful, then we process your refund with the payment method you chose to make at the time of placing the order.

1. What is cash on delivery payment option?

Cash on Delivery is a payment method provided by vaishno jewellers where you can pay in cash for your product. We do not take pre-paid COD orders.

2. Is Cash on Delivery available for international shipping address?

No, service delivery fees are only available at Indian addresses.

3. Is there any extra charge to be incurred due to Cash on Delivery?

We do not charge any additional fees for the COD service.

4. Which products are eligible for Cash on Delivery?

All products posted on https://vaishnojewellers.com/ are available via COD, with the exception of gift cards / gift vouchers and helmets.

5. Is there any limit on the cart value for me to order as COD?

Currently, cart orders for between INR 1000 to INR 50,000 of PIN code codes selected within India are eligible for COD service.

6. Can I place as many orders as I wish by way of COD?

No, you can place maximum 3 COD orders per day.

7. Which pin codes are eligible for Cash on Delivery?

We are currently serving selected COD pin codes. Please note that we are making COD in your PIN on the product page, in the shopping cart page, on the payment page. If no postal service is available in your area, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

8. How will I receive my refund?

In the case of COD, the amount can be refunded by check or by online transfer such as NEFT (National Technology Fund Transfer). Refund mode depends on customer preferences:

1. If the customer offers a canceled check with the returned product, the refund can be made within 7-15 working days and the amount will be refunded directly to the customer account via online transfer such as NEFT.

2. If the customer does not offer a canceled check, the amount will be refunded based on the customer name only, which will be couriered to the address provided by the customer at the time of registration / ordering. It may take 30 working days.

9. What are the other terms and conditions for Cash on Delivery?

Once the order has been successfully placed, there will be a confirmation call from our support center to confirm order. If the verification call is not answered we have the right to cancel the order. The order amount must be paid in full upon receipt of the product. The package can only be opened after making a payment. Please note that partial order cannot be delivered.

10. What are the acceptable currencies for a COD order?

Our traveling partners will only accept Indian Rupees. Plans for Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 are considered illegal as on 9 November 2016 they will not be accepted
